With over 8 years hands on experience I have worked with many different breeds and temperaments and am always ready to take on a challenge. I pride myself in being able to build bonds with dogs, particularly those with a nervous or aggressive nature.

Being the owner of a rescue Saluki and retired guide dog, I know it is important to provide animals with time and patience, making the grooming process fun and enjoyable for all those involved.
A dog lover first and foremost, I want to create a dog grooming salon with a difference. Having grown up with many guide dogs in the family I have always wanted to do something to give back to these amazing creatures.

At Collar & Comb Grooming I want our animal guests to be able to run around before and after grooming, interacting with one another to make it even more of a fun place to be!

About Collar & Comb Grooming
Collar and Comb Grooming is a limited company registered in England & Wales (reg no. 11571426). It was established in September 2018 and our origin stems from a desire to provide ethical services. We love animals and believe that they should not just look good but also feel good.
We provide a full Nose to Toes check for all guests and have established a pricing structure that recognises those people in our community that share our love for animals but may have limited income. For this reason, we provide an automatic discount of 10% to all pensioners, anyone working in our emergency services, members of the armed forces and anyone with an assistance dog.
We also recognise the many desperate situations around the world and wish to actively support MIND THE GAP Africa which provides homes for orphaned children. One way we can do this is to donate 5% of our annual profits.
We also believe that it is important to protect our environment and use ethically sourced products wherever possible. We will only use ‘green’ products on our guests that have been developed in an animal friendly way.
We are also committed to supporting young people and will regularly support training of apprentices and offer work experience in our salon.
